Wayfinder announced that it has extended its agreement with Sony Ericsson which will enable Wayfinder to preload a richer, longer term navigation offering on a range of current and future Sony Ericsson mobile phones.


Mozilla's Firefox Takes on Emerging Web Location Spec
Mozilla, has added Wi-Fi based positioning capability to the browser, and promises more positioning options in upcoming releases, including GPS. The positioning capability uses Skyhook Wireless technology, which determines location based on Wi-Fi signals.
